What we collect

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are kept in the page address so you can copy and share a result; they are not sent to or stored on our servers. There are no accounts.

Email for templates

If you choose to enter an email address on a template page, it is stored with our email provider (Resend) so we can send occasional template and payroll updates, at most once a month. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at hello@clockoutcalc.com. The templates can be downloaded without giving an email.

Cookies and analytics

We do not set tracking cookies and do not run analytics scripts at this time. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability, which are deleted on their normal schedule.

Advertising and affiliate links

Links marked as sponsored or affiliate may pay us a commission if you sign up for a product. The vendor’s own privacy policy applies on their site. If we add display advertising in the future, this policy will be updated and any consent required by law will be requested first.

Embedded calculators

Other websites may embed our calculators in a frame. The same rules apply: inputs stay in the visitor’s browser.
