The calculators, templates and embed code on ClockOutCalc are free for personal and business use. You may embed a calculator on your own site as long as the credit link stays visible.

Information only

Results are calculated from the numbers you enter using the formulas described on each page. They are provided for information and convenience. They are not payroll, legal, tax or HR advice, and they do not account for every state law, union agreement or employer policy. Check important figures with your employer, payroll provider or a qualified adviser.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep the calculators accurate but do not guarantee that they are error-free or available at all times, and we are not liable for losses arising from their use.
