How to fill it in
- Enter clock-in and clock-out times as 8:30 AM or 17:30. In Excel the Hours column fills itself.
- Put unpaid breaks in minutes. Paid rest breaks are not subtracted.
- Check the total against the time card calculator, which also applies overtime rules.
- Sign, date and submit with your pay period.
